1. How many pieces of luggage are included in the price of the ticket?
Answer:
1 handluggage and 1 suitcase are included. For detailed dimensions please look at General Transport Conditions.
2. Alilaguna services are operated all year long?
Answer:
Lines Blu, Arancio and Verde are operated 365 days a year. Lines Rossa is seasonal (April-October).
3. Are there reductions for Carta Venezia/Imob holders?
Answer:
Carta Venezia/Imob holders have the right to buy at discounted prices, but can't be purchased on line.
4. Have tickets an expiration date?
Answer:
You can buy tickets now and use them whenever you prefer. There aren't any expiration dates on the ticket. 24 and 72 hour passes have a validity of 24 or 72 hours starts upon ticket issue. Round trip tickets, once used for the arrival, have a validity of 30 days for the return journey.
5. Children pay regular ticket?
Answer:
Children up to 5 years old are free of charge and have to be accompanied by 1 adult holding a regular ticket.
6. What do I have to do if I think I have lost something on board?
Answer:
You have to apply to one of our ticketing offices and ask to fill in the necessary form that you can find also here.
7. Is it allowed to transport pets or bikes on board?
Answer:
On board of our boats it is allowed to transport free of charge maximum 1 pet per person if:
- dogs for blind people, always wearing muzzle;
- small size pets, always holding them in arms and if dogs, always wearing muzzle;
- other small size pets (cats, birds, etc.) if closed in cages. For all details please look at General Transport Conditions.
- It is not allowed the trasport of bikes.

8. I didn’t receive the voucher. What can I do?

9. Does 24 and 72 hour tickets include transfers from and to the airport?
